He is believed to be Caucasian or Hispanic and is about 5' 5" tall and weighed about 125-145 pounds. He has 4" long straight black hair. He had a scar on his knee from a previous gunshot wound and he was missing several teeth. He had no fillings. He was wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt.

His DNA has been entered into the CODIS national database and a copy of his dental x-rays are on file.
