The remains of this man were found near 15th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix. He is believed to have died several days or weeks prior to being found. He was a drug user.

His race is not indicated. He is 5' 6" tall and of average build. He has straight, short, brown hair. He was wearing a multicolored polo shirt (size 2X), black pants (size tall), and tan Addidas tennis shoes. He also had a silver-colored cross with jewels on it in his pocket.

His DNA has been entered into the CODIS national database and a copy of his dental x-rays are on file.
