This man was found in a canal near Salome Road and the I-10 freeway. He appears to have been deceased anywhere from a few days to two weeks prior to being found.
Description
He is Caucasian or Hispanic and is 5' 2" to 5' 4" tall. He has short, straight, black hair and a slight beard and moustache. He had straight teeth with no fillings present. He was wearing a dark grey metal bracelet with links.
