These male skeletal remains were found on the Gila River Indian Reservation. They were found along with a birth certificate from Mexico with the name Oscar Antonio Mendoza Ruiz, but this name was never able to be confirmed. He is believed to have been deceased 2 weeks to 3 months before being found.

He appears to be Asian, Caucasian, or Hispanic, and is estimated to have been 5' 5" to 5' 9" tall. He had short dark hair. Also found was a red shirt, black shirt, blue jeans, an orange sunvisor type hat, and brown sunglasses.

His dental x-rays are on file. His DNA is not able to be logged into CODIS, however his DNA profile is analyzed and available through a lab in Fort Worth TX.
