The decedent had a confirmed fake resident alien card with the name of Rogelio Alvarado, date of birth 06/24/1954. The Mexican Consulate and Guatemalan Consulate do not have any information for a resident listed with that name and date of birth. He was wearing black "Starter" sandals size 9, tan "Dickies" pants size 34x30, white plaid shirt "Anchor Blue" size XL.
