This Unidentified Hispanic/Caucasian male was found on the sidewalk located at 234 South Barkley in Mesa AZ. An unauthentic Mexico ID card was found with the name of Francisco Martinez-Diaz. However the name and date-of-birth listed on the Mexico ID card are not valid.

The decedent is 5'0'' to 5'2'', 120 lbs, black/gray hair and is balding, brown eyes. He was wearing brown pants (no brand name or size) and white tennis shoes "Easy Spirit" size 9.5.

Dental radiographs available. DNA will be entered into CODIS. Fingerprint card is being check in the Mexico fingerprint databases.
