Description
The decedent is believed to be Caucasian/Hispanic, male, 17-23 years of age, 5'3''-5'6'' inches tall. Clothing found with the decedent: "Anchor Blue" blue jeans size 31 with green stitching and an iron-on letter on the leg. Blue/White plaid boxers (unk size and unk brand).
