This man with a head injury was found in someone's backyard near 15th Avenue and Buckeye. The homeowner did not know who he was or how he ended up in the yard.

He is Caucasian and is just over 6 feet tall. He only weighed 128 pounds and had brownish/gray hair and brown eyes. He also had a moustache. He was wearing blue pants with a brown belt and a striped shirt with an undershirt. He still had his appendix and also had a cyst on his chest.
