Circumstances
This man was found in the dry riverbottom near 115th Ave and Baseline Road and had been deceased approximately one week. He had been seen a week prior in the same area in an intoxicated state, but no one that saw him knew who he was.
Description
He was Caucasian or Hispanic and had brown hair. He was 5' 5" tall and was wearing blue jeans.
