He had a "blotchy" appearance to his hands due to pigmentation of the skin. He is 5' 5" tall and weighed 130 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, white t-shirt, white tennis shoes, and carried a blue wallet. Money was found in the wallet, but no identification was present.
