This Unidentified Caucasian male was found deceased outside around the area of 1400 West Madison, Phoenix AZ. The decedent is visually identifiable but no identification was found with him. Dentition noted as poor.

Caucasian male, 115 lbs, 68 inches, dark hair, black/brown goatee, brown eyes, teeth are reportedly in poor condition. The decedent was wearing brown pants, multicolored shirt, brown belt, black and white shoes. All clothing is non specific. A blue light and black comb were also found with the decedent.

DNA will be entered into CODIS. No dental x-rays or detailed information regarding the dentition is available.. Medical Examiner's Office and Phoenix Police do not have a print card for the decedent.
