This male was found in a holding tank at a water treatment plant at 22nd Street near Lincoln in Phoenix. The tank had been flushed with chemicals that rendered his body visually unidentifiable.

He is believed to be Caucasian and possibly Hispanic with brown hair. He was 6 feet tall and did have dental restorations. He had papers and matchbook for "Barley's Restaurant". He was wearing a blue tank top with "Colorado University Boulder" on the front, along with a white sweatshirt with the 1988 Olympic logos. He had on white tennis shoes with black laces and black pants.

His dental charting and x-rays is available. DNA will be entered into CODIS. Exclusions: Robert Lee Kellar (missing person from Iowa)excluded based upon dental comparison.
