This man was found on canal bank near 51st Avenue and Elliot on an Indian Reservation.

He is Caucasian and had brown hair and eyes. He also had a moustache and a beard of stubble. He is 5' 8" tall and was thin. He had a toe amputated in the past and also had a healed broken nose. He was wearing jeans (28x32), a football jersey, white high-top tennis shoes with black and blue trim, a woven belt, sweatshorts with "Garrett" on the leg, and carried a knife sheath. Dental work was present.

His dental x-rays are available. He may have fingerprints on file, but due to the condition of the remains, his fingerprints were not attainable and could not be checked in any local or national databases. Currently waiting on his DNA to be put into CODIS.
